The Tenant is designed for use by an agent who manages rental properties on behalf of several landlords. The agent can register properties and collect renter information using this software.
Each managed property has units that can be leased by tenants and assigned to tenants. As specified in the lease, invoices are generated. These invoices can have payments applied to them.
The system will periodically provide invoices for ongoing leases. These data are used to generate property reports and lease statements.
